Terms of Use
Effective date: 19 August 2026.
1. Parties and subject
These Terms govern the use of Plancy services, including Plancy Meetings — a service that records and transcribes video meetings.
The rights holder is Arkhitekturny Portal LLC (OGRN 1237700594779, INN 9709098730), hereinafter "the Company".
Using the service means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Access is provided through an account created by the customer organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for actions taken under your account.
3. Meeting recording and participant consent
The service records a meeting only when you explicitly ask it to: by submitting a meeting link or by enabling automatic recording for a connected calendar.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the recording. Before sending the bot to a meeting, make sure recording is permitted and that participants have been notified as required by applicable law and by your organization's own rules.
The bot joins as an ordinary participant under a recognisable name and is visible in the participant list. The Company is not responsible for recordings made by a user without the required consents.
4. Connected services
By connecting Zoom or a calendar you grant the service access within the scope of the requested permissions. Their scope and purpose are described in the Privacy Policy.
You may disconnect an external account at any time in the service settings. Stored access tokens are deleted on disconnection.
5. Content rights
Recordings, transcripts and summaries belong to the customer organization. The Company does not use them to train models and does not share them with third parties other than the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.
Rights to the service itself, its code and its design belong to the Company.
6. Acceptable use
You must not: break the law while using the service; record meetings without the required consents; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organizations' data; or place load on the service that disrupts its operation.
The Company may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
7. Availability and quality
The service is provided "as is". The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor the completeness or accuracy of automatic transcription and summaries: they are produced by algorithms and may contain errors. Decisions based on these materials remain your responsibility.
The service depends on external video conferencing platforms; changes on their side may temporarily limit functionality.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the law of the Russian Federation, the Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Company may update these Terms. The current version is available at plancy.ru/terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
