1. General provisions
1.1. This List of Engaged Processors (Sub-processors) (the "List") identifies the persons engaged by ООО «Архитектурный Портал» (Architectural Portal LLC) (OGRN 1237700594779, INN 9709098730) (the "Operator") to process personal data on the Operator's instructions in connection with the operation of the Plancy Meetings service (the "Service").
1.2. The List is drawn up pursuant to Article 6(3) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (the "Personal Data Law"), forms an annex to the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy and is published in the public domain at: plancy.ru/legal/subprocessors.
1.3. Processor (sub-processor) means a legal entity or sole proprietor engaged by the Operator to process personal data on the Operator's instructions. Other terms are used with the meanings defined by the Personal Data Law and the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.
1.4. The Operator transfers to Processors the minimum personal data necessary; processing is carried out only to the extent and for the purposes required for the provision of the relevant services.
2. Processors engaged for the operation of the service
2.1. To ensure the operation of the Service the Operator engages the following Processors:

2.2. Personal data is transferred to each Processor to the extent set out in the table in Section 2.1. No other personal data is transferred to the Processors listed in this Section.
2.3. The List of engaged Processors may be supplemented when new functionality of the Service is introduced; amendments are made in accordance with Section 6 of the List.
3. Video-conferencing platforms
3.1. To connect the service bot to a meeting the Operator interacts with the following video-conferencing platforms:

3.2. The platforms listed in Section 3.1 operate under their own terms of use and privacy policies. In respect of processing carried out on the platform's side, the Operator acts as the app developer, accesses data within the granted permissions and does not determine the composition or retention periods of such processing. The data exchange is limited to what is necessary to connect the bot and obtain recording permission.
3.3. Jitsi is an open-source platform hosted on a server chosen by the user. The composition and place of processing of data of such a meeting are determined by the relevant Jitsi server and not by the Operator.
4. Cross-border transfer of personal data
4.1. Transfer of personal data outside the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer) is carried out in connection with the engagement of foreign Processors and platforms specified in Sections 2 and 3 and is governed by Article 12 of the Personal Data Law.
4.2. The Operator does not create permanent copies of personal data outside the Russian Federation: transfer abroad occurs at the moment of processing by the relevant Processor.
4.3. If cross-border transfer is prohibited or restricted, the relevant functions of the Service may be suspended or moved to processors located in the Russian Federation or in states from the adequate-protection list.
5. Agreements with processors
5.1. An agreement is concluded with each Processor listed in Section 2, specifying the terms of use of the corresponding service (platform) and the processing of personal data.
5.2. Processors may not engage other persons to process personal data without the Operator's consent and must notify the Operator of the engagement of sub-processors.
6. Amendments to the list
6.1. The Operator may amend the List: engage new Processors, replace or remove existing ones. A new version of the List is published at the address specified in Section 1.2.
6.2. The Operator notifies Customers of the engagement of new Processors in a manner available through the functionality of the Service no later than 3 (three) calendar days before the processing begins.
6.3. Continued use of the Service after a new version of the List is published constitutes acceptance of it, unless otherwise provided by the agreement with the Customer.
